Terms of use for the camp

1. Who runs the camp by the watering hole

These terms govern your use of wateringholecamp.com ("Watering Hole Camp", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of wateringholecamp.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use the camp

Watering Hole Camp is meant only for people aged 18 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Camp coins are virtual

• Every game is played with virtual coins, handed out free of charge.
• Camp coins have no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property of any kind.
• No camp coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
• No prize of real-world value is offered anywhere around the watering hole.
• We may adjust or reset camp coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling at the watering hole

Watering Hole Camp does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and none of its trails link to a gambling operator.

5. Your permit and account

• Spraybridge Gorge and Emberdune Crest require a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, the way Tumelo keeps his binoculars, and tell us at once if anyone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted from your account page whenever you wish. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
• An account that is used to disrupt the camp, or that we believe belongs to someone under 18, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions sit on the account, not with you as property, and they can be reset.

6. Fair use around camp

Please do not try to disrupt the camp, aim automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When camp is open, and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. The law the camp keeps

The law of England and Wales governs these camp terms.

9. Reaching the rangers
